January 7, 2025, Las Vegas — At the 2025 CES International Exhibition, ADW unveiled its groundbreaking Matrix Ultrasonic Air Fan (MUAF: PF0001). This revolutionary product harnesses the reverse piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric ceramics to deliver a motorless, non-rotating, and highly efficient cooling solution, marking a significant milestone in cooling technology.
At the heart of the PF0001 lies its innovative piezoelectric ceramic drive system. When powered by alternating current, the piezoelectric ceramic element contracts or expands radially, causing the elastic substrate to bend and deform, thereby altering the pump chamber's volume. As the chamber expands, pressure decreases, drawing air into the chamber; as the chamber contracts, pressure increases, expelling air outward. This reciprocating motion generates a strong airflow, achieving exceptional cooling performance.
The PF0001 combines ultra-thin dimensions, high cooling efficiency, and intelligent design into a seamless solution. Measuring only 36 x 36 x 2mm, it easily integrates into compact devices. Despite its small size, the PF0001 delivers an impressive maximum airflow of 0.42 CFM (12L/min) and a maximum static pressure of 700 Pa, meeting the demands of high-performance devices. Even more remarkable is its low power consumption, with a maximum of only 1 W, showcasing its outstanding energy efficiency.
According to ADW’s Marketing Director, the launch of the MUAF represents a revolutionary breakthrough in cooling solutions for the consumer electronics industry. Its ultra-slim design, exceptional cooling capabilities, and energy-efficient operation will significantly enhance the performance and reliability of electronic devices, driving industry growth.
The MUAF captivated exhibitors and attendees at CES 2025, becoming one of the event's standout highlights. ADW looks forward to collaborating with partners across industries to explore the PF0001's potential applications in various fields and to drive continuous innovation in cooling technology.
