ADW water flow sensor has high performance, mainly reflected in:

Rapid peaking, high sensitivity, easy signal processing

Compared with the echo of similar sensors, ADW water meter flow sensor only needs 8 waves to reach the peak and complete oscillation. Compared with other products that need 12 waves to reach the peak, it takes 4 echo signals less, takes less time and has higher sensitivity.

In terms of waveform , there are obvious differences between the peaks of the echo received by ADW US0078 , and the difference between adjacent signal waves is greater than that of similar sensors. It is easy to distinguish the first, second, third or more recovered signal waves, reducing the difficulty of signal processing at the perception level, which is conducive to simplifying the water meter measurement algorithm and laying a core hardware foundation for water meter R&D and manufacturing companies to reduce costs and increase efficiency.

The electrical performance is more stable at high and low temperatures with zero flow drift value

Under zero flow conditions, ADW US0078 receives an amplitude of 432mV in a low temperature environment of 10°C; in a high temperature environment of 60°C, the received amplitude is 369mV, and the amplitude change ratio is 14.64%. The amplitude change ratios of the other two similar competing products are 19.32% and 24.66% respectively, which are significantly lower than similar products on the market. This shows that the zero flow drift value of ADW US0078 electrical performance is highly stable at high and low temperatures, and is higher than the industry level.


The maximum pressure resistance can reach 4.8MPa, with strong reliability

ADW water meter flow sensor US0078 was subjected to a static water pressure test, with a water pressure of 4.8Mpa maintained for 15 minutes. By comparing the test parameters before and after the test, it was found that the product performance remained stable and met the specification requirements. In addition, the ADW US0078 can continue to work in a 2.5MPa environment for a long time, meeting the needs of buildings with long water use time, high water pressure during peak hours, and high pressure requirements.

Small size, in line with drinking water standards of various countries

The resonant frequency of the product is 2110±30KHz, which can meet the requirements of wide-ratio water meters; the operating temperature range is large, the temperature resistance is up to 90, it can effectively withstand high and low temperature environments, and is suitable for areas at different latitudes. At the same time, the materials used to make the product have passed the drinking water standards of various countries, such as WRAS, ACS, KTW, etc., and are safe and hygienic. In addition, each product must be tested for performance before leaving the factory to ensure that all performance parameters are within the specified range and have good consistency. Therefore, there is no need to do a pairing test before assembling the product, and it can be used in pairs, which effectively simplifies the assembly process of smart water meters and improves the operating efficiency of water meter manufacturers.
