Ultrasonic flow transducer  US0078: A new benchmark for smart water meter transducers

On the exhibition site, the professional audience is particularly concerned about the excellent performance of ADW's ultrasonic flow transducer  US0078, which has a resonance frequency of 2110±30KHz and an operating temperature of up to 90℃ to meet the needs of water meters with a wide range of ratios. The product has set a new benchmark in the field of smart water meter transducers with its fast response, high sensitivity, stable electrical performance, high voltage resistance and compact size. Its application not only enhances the performance of smart water meters, but also provides strong hardware support for smart water meter applications in the fields of home, building and urban construction.

Fast Response, High Sensitivity

The US0078 quickly peaks in only 8 waveforms, a shorter response time and higher sensitivity than products on the market that require 12 waveforms.

Clear difference in echo, easy to apply

The obvious difference between the waveforms of its received echoes facilitates the identification and processing of the signals, simplifies the measurement algorithm of the water meter, and helps to reduce production costs and improve efficiency.

Electrically Stable

Over a temperature range of 10°C to 60°C, the US0078 displays an extremely low zero-flow drift value with a variation ratio of only 14.64%, which is much lower than that of similar competitors, ensuring stability at extreme temperatures.

High Pressure Resistance

After 4.8MPa static water pressure test, US0078 shows good stability and reliability, the product can withstand 2.5MPa water pressure for a long time, to meet the water demand in high water pressure environment.

Small size and well made

The US0078 has precise external dimensions with a mounting diameter of 10mm, and accuracy errors are controlled within ±0.2mm, helping to reduce errors during installation.

Materials comply with multinational drinking water standards

The product materials comply with WRAS, ACS, KTW and other international drinking water standards, ensuring safety and hygiene in use.

High temperature flow transducer: representing quality in high temperature resistance

Designed for use with liquid media, ADW's high temperature flow transducers are made of high pressure resistant stainless steel or ceramic, and are tightly sealed for direct contact with liquids. This design effectively avoids problems caused by unstable pressure and heat resistance, ensures the stability of the transducer's performance, and reduces the interference of environmental factors on the signal transmission, thus improving the response speed and sensitivity of the transducer.

Housing material options, high temperature resistance of up to 240 ° C

High-temperature flow transducers are available in ceramic and stainless steel housings, with ceramic housings resistant to temperatures up to 240°C and stainless steel housings resistant to temperatures up to 120°C. The housings are available in both ceramic and stainless steel.

Long-term resistance to 2.5 MPa pressure

Compared with traditional plastic housing materials, the stainless steel and ceramic housing materials used in ADW's high-temperature flow transducers are much more rigid, and the products can withstand 2.5MPa pressure for a long period of time, which is much higher than that of similar sensors.

Low voltage drive, good consistency

ADW high-temperature flow transducer drive voltage is 5Vp-p, the product drive voltage is low, and in line with the European and American multi-national testing requirements, good consistency.

Good weather resistance and stable performance

Tested and verified, the product is resistant to humidity, cold and hot shock, vibration, etc. The overall weather resistance is good, and can meet the requirements of high temperature water metering for industrial equipment with high reliability.

Standard size, widely adapted

The probe diameter of high temperature flow sensor is 16.8mm, the size matches with the conventional ultrasonic heat meter, ultrasonic water meter, etc., which can be widely used in water metering instruments; the small size of the product can be assembled inside the pipeline of industrial equipment.

Flow transducer with pipe: Suitable for Water Meters of Different Pipe Diameters

ADW's flow transducer with pipe is specially designed for ultrasonic water meters, which is made of plastic. The built-in ultrasonic sensor measures the speed of water flow and accurately generates the flow rate data, which provides a solid data basis for water meter measurement.

No moving parts inside, high measurement accuracy

Thanks to the characteristics of the ultrasonic measurement technology, there are no moving parts inside the base meter, which effectively avoids the generation of eddy currents and thus ensures high measurement accuracy.

Made of new environmentally friendly materials

The housing of this ultrasonic flow section is made of new environmentally friendly materials and the internal transducers comply with multinational drinking water standards, ensuring safe and hygienic water quality.

Multiple models available

ADW water meter flow pipe section has a variety of optional models, including DN10, DN15, DN20, DN25, etc., to match different pipe diameters of the water meter.

In order to further promote the application of intelligent water management technology, ADW actively explores the intelligent hardware research and development work, and has successfully developed ultrasonic flow measurement products with integrated sensing, data conversion, cloud data uploading and downloading, and remote control.

With the arrival of the rapid development period of the global smart meter industry, in the field of ultrasonic flow measurement technology, OPTIWEI will give full play to its technological advantages, develop and produce more high-tech sensor products and application solutions, and contribute its technological strength to the development of the global metering industry!
